Passed away peacefully at Woodlands of Sunset in Welland, with her loving family by her side on Thursday, April 13, 2023 in her 88th year.
Beloved wife of 70 years to Gordon. Predeceased by her daughter Deborah (2004) and son David (1980). Cherished grandmother of Rachel Jane and great grandmother of Lily, Dexter and Alexander.
Jane was a former member of Lookout Point Golf Club, Cardinal Lakes Golf Club, Welland Curling Club, Kinette Club of Fonthill & District and Wesley United Church.
The family would like to thank the staff at Woodlands of Sunset for their kind and compassionate care.
In keeping with Jane's wishes, cremation has taken place. The family will gather for a private interment at Pleasantview Memorial Gardens on a later date.
The memorial service to honour Jane's life will take place on Wednesday, May 3rd at Wesley United Church, 244 First Avenue, Welland beginning at 2:00 pm followed by a light lunch. Casual dress please.
