Arrest made in Niagara Falls robbery investigation

Detectives from the 2 District (Niagara Falls/Niagara on the Lake) office of the Niagara Regional Police have continued to investigate this robbery. With the assistance of the public a suspect was identified.

On July 22, 2024, David E. Morgan (40 yrs.) of Niagara on the Lake was arrested and charged with the Criminal Code offences of:

  • robbery
  • fail to comply with probation

Morgan was held in custody for a video bail hearing to the Robert S. K. Welch Courthouse in St. Catharines on July 23, 2024. At the bail hearing Morgan was ordered released from custody with conditions. He has a future court date of August 27, 2024.
