In a lot of Niagara’s heritage communities residential properties come fully fenced and beautifully landscaped, with lush gardens, ornamental trees, and thick shrubbery. For owners looking to add structures like garden sheds, cabanas, gazebos or even a backyard guest house, it’s often difficult to imagine that a company could come in and build such things without causing significant damage to the grounds during construction.
That’s not the case when customers chose to work with Limestone Trail, a local Niagara company with more than three decades of experience building exquisite custom structures for residential property owners looking to enhance their outdoor aesthetic and functionality.
According to owner William Dejong, Limestone Trail offers a major advantage to property owners because of the unique manner in which their structures are constructed.
“We design pre-fabricated structures custom built in our shop,” said Dejong. “Our structures are pre-framed, pre-drilled, pre-cut and pre-painted. It allows our team to provide easy on-site installation.”
Regardless of the type of structure a customer wants, Limestone Trail can provide a custom designed product that is delivered and installed to exacting standards. Everything is designed and pre-made prior to delivery, with individual pieces that can be easily transported into even the tightest exterior spaces.
“A lot of our smaller builds can take as little as 3 to 5 hours to be fully constructed, and approximately 8 hours for a larger builder,” said Dejong. “There’s no mess and no machinery. If you already have a nicely landscaped backyard we can come in and build a structure with little or no impact on the existing surroundings."
Dejong says there are other companies that offer prefabricated structures, but most of them only build the pieces at their shop, load them on a flatbed, and drop them off. This often makes it difficult to get into the backyard or the desired space of the customer. Limestone Trail has an experienced team of builders that can create any project desired, from standard products such as sheds and gazebos to cabanas, gazebos, pavilions, pergolas, and bunkies.
“We do have our pre-set sizes that customers can choose from, everything from 4-by-7 pool cabanas all the way to 14-by-28 foot structures. If you have a custom size you want we can build it to fit in any space.”
Although it helps to have an existing concrete pad, Dejong said that Limestone Trail works with many different concrete contractors who can come in and install a pad to support the construction. Limestone Trail can install structures year-round and even into January and February if the concrete pad is already there. Right now the company has availabilities right through into fall, so it’s a good time to consider having that dream structure installed.
Limestone Trail will be hosting an End of Summer Open House at their showroom located at 4696 Christie Dr in Beamsville on Saturday September 7th from 9am-12pm. As part of the event they will be offering a one-day sale. It will be a great time to come out and see the quality builds and variety of structures they offer.
