It is with profound sadness and heaviest of hearts that we announce the sudden passing our beloved son Michael on Monday, July 15, 2024 at the age of 33.
Forever loved and missed by his parents Brad and Donna. Cherished always by his aunt and uncle Pat and Fred Penney. Lovingly remembered by his cousins Erin, Joel and Kyle. Greatly missed by the extended Perry family. Countless family gatherings with Mikes aunts, uncles and cousins will never be forgotten. Mike will also be remembered by his good friend and soul mate Olivia Joncas and her family.
Mike graduated as an architectural technologist from Mohawk College in Hamilton leading to an amazing career up to and including construction supervision of the LRT system in Ottawa and parliamentary renovations. Most recently as a construction supervisor at Brock University for a summer renovation. Mike's passion was enjoying the environment, and he was an active board member of FOTEK. As such he will be missed by many FOTEK members as well Mike was a friend of Bill W.
Family and friends will be received at the PELHAM FUNERAL HOME, 1292 Pelham Street, Fonthill on Friday, July 19th from 6 - 8:00 pm and on Saturday, July 20th from 12-1:00 pm, followed by a memorial service to honour Mike's life beginning at 1:00 pm.
