It is with heavy hearts that we, the family of Louise MacDonald Cull announce her passing on Sunday morning, May 19th 2024 at the NHS-St. Catharines Site, St. Catharines, ON, with her family by her side.

Lou was born on August 26, 1961. She was the daughter of Mary Ellen (nee O’Brien) MacDonald of Dominion, Nova Scotia and James MacDonald of Ontario and companion of the family, Edgar McNeil. Lou is survived by her husband of 36 years, Lloyd Cull; her two children; son, Darren (Candace), and daughter, Alicia; six grandchildren, Kali, Seth, Hailey, Jeffrey, Calum and Chance whom she adored.

Lou graduated from MacDonald High School and moved to Ontario to work. She then met her soulmate, Lloyd Cull, and married and settled down in St. Catharines. She had the kindest heart and soul and would do anything for anyone. Although settling down in St. Catharines, she never forgot her roots in Cape Breton where she visited every summer.

She was predeceased by her grandparents; Patrick and Mary O’Brien, Gussie and Mabel MacDonald of Reserve Mines and Lloyd’s parents, Howard and Joy Cull.

She was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion Br. #24, in St. Catharines.
