It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Debbie Brown on Saturday, October 5, 2024 at the age of 71. Devoted wife of the late Thomas Brown (2016). Cherished mother of Greg (Allison), Ted, Jodi (Tim Smith), Kelly and Chad (Kristiana). Loving grandma to Brooklyn, Kydmen, Auldin, Daryn, Zoe, Millie, Harper, Hudson, Maryn, Isaac, Curtis, Paige, Lawson and Adalynn. Dear sister of Mark (Allison) Dumond and Carol Morris (Rick) and sister-in-law to Cathy Dumond.
She will be missed by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents Woodrow and Dorothy Dumond, her brothers Larry (Donna) Dumond, John Dumond and niece Jenny.
Debbie’s whole world revolved around her grandchildren. Her love also extended to 70 foster children over a period of 10 years. She enjoyed gardening, reading, shopping trips and tea dates with family and friends.
In honouring Debbie’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
