It looks like the Allanburg Bridge in Thorold is need of a little more work.
The St. Lawrence Seaway Management Corp. has provided notice of routine maintenance work on the bridge on Tuesday, July 23 and Wednesday, July 24.
On both days, the Allanburg Bridge, in Thorold, will be shut from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. No vehicle or pedestrian traffic will be allowed during this time so commuters will have to go the long way around.
