Vehicle theft suspects believed to be 'armed and dangerous': police

On Oct. 19, 2024 at approximately 10 p.m., uniform officers from 8 District (Grimsby/Lincoln/West Lincoln) with the Niagara Regional Police Service, located a stolen motor vehicle in the area of South Service Road and Casablanca Road in the town of Grimsby.

Investigation revealed the vehicle was stolen during a home invasion robbery in the Halton region.

The suspects fled from police and were pursued by K9 officers but were not located.

Residents and businesses in the area are asked to be vigilant as the suspects may be in the area. If anything suspicious is observed - do not approach and call 911 as they are suspected to be armed and dangerous.
