Dan passed away peacefully, surrounded with love and his family at his side. He will be sadly missed by his family; his partner of 23 yrs, Shirley; his 6 children: Anne-Marie, Dan Jr. (Pam), Pete (Billie), Joseph (Moises), Chris (Carissa), Norm (Cindy); his 2 foster sons, Clayton (Kelly) & Greg; his 4 step-children: Sherrie, Lexi (Jon), Bill and Lance; and his grandchildren: Peter, Patrick, Kaitlyn, Sean (Grayson), Emily, Logan & Lucas, Jordan and Jessica. Dan will be greatly missed by his beloved canine companion, Casper.
Dan is fondly remembered by good friends and neighbours, Mariann & Gary, friends, Don and Peg, his longtime and long-distance friend, Marjorie, his cousin, Joyce, and by many friends of the family.
Sports were a favorite pastime of Dan's. Playing, coaching and watching, baseball, bowling and golf to name a few. The Toronto Blue Jays being his all time favorite 💙
In honouring Dan’s wishes cremation has taken place. A celebration of life will be announced at a later date.
