Green, Harold Robert Leslie
On Sunday, December 10, 2023. Harold passed away at the grand age of 94. Harold was a dedicated husband to his late wife Violet. He was also a loving father to Donna MacPherson (Hugh), Terry Green (Linda) and late daughter Brenda Windeler (Keith). He was Grandpa Green to the late Shannon (Brad), Stacey (Justin), Sarah (Geoff), and great grandpa to Abby, Emma, Noah, Tessa, Isla and late baby Paige.
Harold grew up in Kincardine with siblings Leonard, Doug, Raymond, Charlie and Mae, and always loved returning to visit after moving to Niagara. Harold continuously worked hard and became a successful Millwright. After retiring from DomTar, he was able to focus more time honing his hunting and fishing skills, and enjoyed going to the casino - especially when he was winning!
Harold’s family would like to thank all of the nurses at the Niagara Falls General Hospital, with special thanks going to Nurse Pam. We would also like to especially thank Terry and Cathy Marino and Bill and Anna Paroschy for everything they did for Dad.
A memorial service for Harold will be planned for later in the spring.
