Passed away peacefully with her loving family by her side at Rapelje Lodge in Welland on Saturday, November 9, 2024, at the age of 93.
Pre-deceased by her beloved husband Steve (2011). Dear mother of Phyllis (Bob) McIntosh. Cherished grandmother of Keith (Kathy) McIntosh and Colleen (Josh) Cottrill. Treasured great-grandmother of Lewis, Seth, Sadie, Isaac, Janelle, and Graham. Pre-deceased also by her brother James Brass.
Lillian and her husband immigrated to Toronto in 1952 from the Orkney Islands, Scotland. She was employed by the City of North York for 25 years. Both her and her husband were long-time members of Willowdale Presbyterian Church in Toronto and later Knox Presbyterian Church in St. Catharines.
Family and friends will be received at the Pelham Funeral Home, 1292 Pelham Street, Fonthill on Friday, November 15 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will take place at Knox Presbyterian Church, 53 Church Street, St. Catharines on Saturday, November 16 at 10 a.m., followed by a reception in the church hall. Burial will then take place at Fonthill Cemetery.
