Make sure appliances are regularly maintained and inspected by a certified professional in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. This helps prevent dangerous leaks that can lead to CO poisoning or fire.

Did you receive any gifts that contain or include button batteries? Be sure to keep them away from children. Kids can mistake button batteries for food or candy. If swallowed, button batteries can get stuck in a child’s esophagus causing severe internal burns and death.
