Vandals have damaged one of the new pickleball courts at Centennial Park in Fenwick. According to Town of Pelham Communications Specialist Leah Letford, on Saturday evening a group intentionally set the mesh screening at the court on fire.
Fire crews were quickly dispatched and attended to put out the fire. Police have been notified about the damage. A reader tells PelhamToday that the screening, fence, and a bench were all affected. Letford said that Town staff are working to make repairs as quickly as possible.
