Wainfleet is holding a public meeting on the Township's plan to approve new building fees and charges for 2023 and to pass an associated by-law. In addition, the Township is considering updating its user fees for various municipal services and activities and for the use of public property.
Anyone wishing to speak to the building fees and charges or the user fees and charges for 2023, may do so at the meeting scheduled for March 21 at 7 p.m. at the Municipal Office, 31940 Highway 3, Wainfleet.
The by-law proposed to be passed shall establish the rates charged for permits for construction, demolition and change of use, occupancy permits, transfer of permits and inspections within the township.
