Peter Dixon of Niagara Falls can “find his possible” after winning a Lotto 6/49 prize worth $1 million in the Gold Ball Draw on Sept. 23, 2023.
"I've been a regular lottery player for over 15 years. This is my first big win," shared Peter while at the OLG Prize Centre in Toronto to pick up his winnings. "I was at the store checking my tickets and the lottery terminal shut down. I had no idea what was going on. When I noticed the prize amount, I was in complete disbelief!"
Peter says when he told his son about the win, he didn't believe him at first. "He was so happy for me," smiled Peter.
He plans to invest his win for retirement and maybe purchase a vehicle. "It's still so unbelievable. I don’t think I've fully accepted it yet," Peter concluded.
