Kirk on the Hill Presbyterian Church, located on Haist Street in Fonthill, held its Fall Festival on Saturday, inviting the local community to enjoy seasonal decor, refreshments, and fellowship. Farm pumpkins were the attraction in the parking lot, and in the church hall there was a bazaar featuring art, baking, crafts, and other wares.
Church board member Sasha told PelhamToday that it was their first fall festival in a decade, and the first to involve vendors.
“We had almost 300 people attend in the first couple hours, and about 20 vendors,” she said. “All money raised supports our various church programs. It is a pleasure to welcome our neighbours to this event.”
