Rain has moved into southern Ontario overnight and will taper off late this morning or early this afternoon. The rain may fall heavily at times.

Localized flooding may occur in areas of poor drainage. The frozen ground will have a reduced ability to absorb this rainfall.

For information concerning flooding, please consult your local Conservation Authority or Ontario Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry office. Visit Ontario.ca/floods for the latest details.
