The Baking Bar officially opened its doors on Saturday (Jan. 11). The new bakery is at 11 Hwy. 20 West, in Fonthill, where Indulgence Bakery was located for several years, and will be serving up everything from macrons and sourdough bread to croissants and more. To mark the occasion, Pelham Mayor Marvin Junkin was on hand to present owner Bar Kirshon with a certificate from the Town to mark the day. Hours are Tuesday-Saturday, 8 AM to 3 PM.
