Atticus is such a snuggle bug! All he wants is love, ear pets and cheek massages. He’s a staff favorite because he’s one of those rare bunnies that enjoys cuddling up on a human lap like a cat. Atticus is a 7 year old, 8 pound New Zealand mix. His big caramel ears flop slightly sideways and will even hit capital “T” position when he’s sleepy. He’s tidy, litter-box trained, gentle, trusting and absolutely precious. Atticus is looking for a soft place to land and enjoy his retirement years (large breed buns have an average life expectancy of 9-10 years).
He’d probably be fine with a gentle cat or dog with no prey-drive. He would love to be the centre of attention to a loving family!
Atticus has molar points and needs his teeth trimmed 3-4 times yearly with a bunny savvy vet. Aside from his teeth, he’s in good health!
Atticus needs a minimum of an extra-large dog xpen as his home base with a large rectangular cat litterbox as his toilet. He’s a great candidate to free-range in a bunny-proof home once he’s learned the house rules.
Adoption fee is $40 and includes neuter, RHDV vaccination and vet exam.
