LETTER: So where are people supposed to park?

People who make these decisions obviously don't think things through, writes reader

PelhamToday received the following letter about everyone's favourite topic: Parking.

I have only lived in Pelham since August and like it very much. It's relatively quiet and people are friendly. I subscribe to PelhamToday so I can acquire more knowledge of the area I reside in.

I was concerned when I read the article this week regarding the proposed apartment building parking dilemma at 1522 Pelham St. I live at 1518 Pelham St., so I was surprised about the parking or lack of I should say. Obviously the people who made the decision about this issue do not live or use businesses on this street.

I can't imagine how the lack of parking spaces at this building will impact the street parking that is at a premium most days of the week. Not thought out at all by those in charge.Very disappointed....
