PelhamToday received the following letter regarding federal Conservative leader Pierre Poilievre:

Mr. Poilievre has stated there are only two genders he recognizes. This directly on the heels of President Trump stating it. Mr. Poilievre had not previously, publicly, nor aggressively said this. 

We in Canada are known for inclusivity, for respecting others. President Trump has demanded the  removal of all pronouns demonstrating inclusion. Mr. Poilievre undoubtedly would do the same. 

As to what else Mr. Poilievre would enact we can only speculate. Power corrupts, that we do know.
