Welcome to the Holiday Gift Card Auction!

Thursday, November 28 at noon to December 3 at 6:30 p.m

Please READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, particularly the part about credit card authorizations. In short, each time you place a bid, the system places a hold authorization for that amount on your card. When you are outbid, the hold is released. If you bid $50 on ten different items, this means $500 of your available balance will be unavailable until you're outbid. Any winning bids at the end of the auction are captured - meaning your card is charged. We recommend you use a credit card, not a debit card for this auction. A released hold may take several days to reflect on your statement.

Do I have a PelhamToday.ca account to bid?
You must register for a PelhamToday.ca user account in order to bid in this auction. If you have registered for a PelhamToday.ca account previously, such as for the classifieds, please log in and use that account. Registration only takes a few moments. Register or log in here. You must be logged in on PelhamToday.ca in order to place bids. Registering for an account at the start of the auction will minimize delays in getting set up. Look for the verification email in your inbox, it may be in your spam folder.

What happens if I win?
After the auction closes, it may take us a few days to process the results. If you have won an item, you will receive a confirmation email, which will contain pick up instructions. For any auction related questions, please email [email protected]

Closes in: 4d 23h 40m 47s

About Movement Unlimited Inc.

Who we are:

Movement Unlimited started from very humble beginnings in Allison’s basement at home in 2002 while her boys were very little . Within a year, it blossomed and I was able to expand to a studio space. Since then Movement Unlimited has grown both in size and reputation. We are proud that we are Niagara’s first and only fully equipped Pilates studio. We are pioneers in Therapeutic Pilates for injury recovery and have developed an exceptional reputation with allied health professionals as leaders in the industry.

Our classes:

Our small group classes provide personalised practice in a small group setting. This means you get the attention you need from the teacher that will allow you maximum progress and support. Progression in our classes is based on understanding the repertoire as well as building strength, endurance and mobility. Unlike other movement programs, your progress is not linear and will advance as you learn more about your body and how it works. Our class descriptions are meant as a guide. Our teachers will determine which class is the best fit for your needs and abilities.

Intro to Reformer program:

Are you new to Pilates? Are you looking for a new fitness experience? This 8 week beginner’s session is designed to introduce you to the Pilates Reformer. Using springs as resistance, this unique piece of Pilates equipment will help you build strength, increase your flexibility and mobility, improve your posture while connecting you with your core muscles.

This whole body approach to health and wellness will have you moving better and feeling better regardless of age or ability. This class is a prerequisite for all other traditional Reformer based classes.
